The spectacular 6 sixes

All who doesn't remember that day when our very on Yuvraj Singh made history and got his name written down in golden words in the books of cricket, well It was on this day in 2007 when former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh created history in the shortest format of the game as he hit six consecutive sixes in an over bowled by England fast and greatest bowler Stuart Broad in the maiden edition of the ICC T20 World Cup.

During the game against England at the Kingsmead in Durban, Yuvraj Singh hits that beautiful consecutive 6s against the start, Broad in the 19th over of Indian innings. The magnificent all-rounder played an unbelievable knock of 16-ball in which he grabbed 58 valuable runs with a strike rate of 362.50, which helped India post 218 runs at the cost of 4 wickets on the board in their allotted 20 overs. And not to forget our other heroes like Gautam Gambhir, who also got a half-century I 58 runs in 41 balls, and Virendra Sehwag, who also reached the half-century mark and scored 68 in 52 balls

His innings ultimately proved to be the difference between the two sides as India won the match by 18 runs, restricting England to 200/6 in their stipulated overs. With the help of other fellow players, our bowlers took six wickets, i.e. RP Singh with 2. Irfan Pathan with three and Harbhajan Singh with 1. Yuvraj Singh was the player of the match, and every single stroke by Yuvraj was so great and memorable that every stroke needed a mention and what led to that moment. Sehwag had scored 68 off 52 balls and Gambhir 58 off 41  balls which meant that India was well placed at 155 for 3.

17th over when Yuvraj Singh came into bat, and then Yuvraj hit the first ball of the 19th over, over deep mid-wicket for a six. The following maximum came over backward leg boundary, third over wide long-off, fourth over deep point boundary, fifth over square leg and final and massive six over wide long-on to the hands of the spectators and so far only 2 Indian cricketers have hit six consecutive 6s. Ravi shastri and Yuvraj Singh

And recently, Yuvraj Singh himself shared the memory of this memorable day on his Twitter handle as it completed its 14 glorious years; he also added Today, I request all my fans to applaud what he has achieved, cause 500 test wickets is no joke and hats off!!

But The left-handed all-rounder announced his retirement from international cricket and IPL last year after representing India in 304 OD 58 T20h and 40 Tests.
